I am a qualified and result-driven engineer passionate about technology, innovation, and scalable solutions delivery. I carry 7 years of engineering experience improving processes and solving complex challenges, and this mindset brought me into the DevOps world. Currently, I am pursuing my DevOps studies at the Toronto Institute of Data Science and Technology (WeCloudData).   • Promoted to R&D Engineer within 15 months due to strong performance;
  • Managed R&D projects, assuring team allocation and task completion under tight deadlines. The projects were related to integrity assessment of flexible pipes involving CO2 corrosion and fatigue;
  • Structured concise technical reports, bibliography writing, presentations, and dashboards to deliver complex data. Moreover, conducted extensive data analysis using software such as HBM Catman, Microsoft Excel, and MATLAB;
  • Supported project development through mechanical and chemical testing in agressive environments.

    • Manufacturing Engineering Intern

    STIHL Ferramentas Motorizadas LTDA, Brazil - 2018-2020

  • Developed and managed a project responsible for helping to decrease the rework rate of crankshafts heat treatment by 80%. The project was awarded as one of the best projects at the STIHL Technical Exhibition 2019;
  • Supported the heat treatment area, responsible for the heat treatment of more than 2,4 million parts/year, through the development of visual management tools, dashboards, and analysis of quality data;
  • Performed daily analysis of heat-treated steel microstructures. Besides, ran a daily follow-up of heat treatment process parameters to ensure the quality of the final product and avoid process anomalies;
  • Conducted statistical data analysis of quality and production indicators, using Lean Six Sigma tools to improve the understanding of the process and its anomalies: 5W2H, Kaizen and PDCA, 5S, Control Charts, Standard Operating Procedure, and Project Model Canvas.

    • Operations Engineering Intern – Aviation

  • Executed weekly operational activities such as fuel quality control, fuel stock management, aircraft fueling monitoring, and maintenance management of 17 airports;
  • Administered safety indicators and operational costs, developing a dashboard to improve the visualization of those parameters;
